Nice concept. IMHO though the tour needs to be beefed up. Other than a few thumbs there's little on it that actually sells the site and nothing in the way of teasers such as a sample clip carefully edited, or one or two clickable thumbs so punters can see what the larger pics are like etc.

Good advice Tipsy - I know Kato gets good sign ups from his type of designs (I suppose giving less sometimes gets more). And, knowing him, he will certaily be looking very closely at the stats to see if ratios can improve - Your post will then be acted upon!
