As a US citizen, you are supposed to abide the laws of the state where you live. If she is over the age of consent in your state, you are ok. If she is not, then legally it is statutory rape.

In Denmark the age of consent is 15 as long as you didn´t pay her or you are in a position where you have some kind of responsibility over her, like her teacher or something like that then she has to be 18.

I'm not sure that's completely accurate. I'm pretty sure you're bound by the law of the country you're in EXCEPT you can't pay or be paid for sex if the girl is under 16 years old. The law you refer to pertains to foreign or interstate commerce...i.e. paying, being paid, or arranging for sex in this case...but doesn't pertain to non-business consensual sex.
