If you have a girlfriend or Mom around, get some sympathy. It really helps you get though that first 24 hours. If you are still sick after 48 hrs or if you start to run a high fever, go see a Doc and get some good medicine.
Hope you are feeling better soon. Puke is hard on keyboards.

Had the same symptoms for over a week.. Proper sleep was virtually impossible. The bug has to run it's course, by Sunday hopefully you'll feel alot better.

Drink plenty of liquids and take a rest.

for your throat strepsil, these orange things, and matzah ball soup, and oranges. And just sleep as much as you can.

Nyquil and Neocitran works a little..lots of rest
