definitely talk to mike at webair. we've been with them for a while and have had no problems.

Everyone will spam you here with webair, since they have many sig ppl around here. When you are serious, you take a look at www.isprime.com or natnet. But don't expect the cheapest price(still lower then the website)

Also jupiter seems solid, although I never used them

both are great.

all of them are good, I'm slightly inclined towards Jupiter and Phatservers, but all of them will give you top notch service. Now, moneywise, that I don't know

I do a search for each company and see phatservers down, webair down or their support sucks and nothing on isprime and nothing on jupiter. Funny how GFY works :1orglaugh

every host has downtime from time to time, it's all about the support when it does happen
I've had support requests taken care of iun under 10 minutes on a late night Sunday (around 2am) from phatservers...THAT is the reason I stick with them...the support is second to none. I also host with reflected.net and have nothing bad to say about them either.

All I searched were the ones he mentioned, and the negative threads were from a week ago or so. Just find it amusing, carry on. Oh and to mention, if a host is down and they are largely known, it would be on GFY in a hot second, I saw those down threads for 2 outof the 4 he mentioned. :2 cents:

I had a server with Isprime..nothing wrong with them...if you wanna spend that kind of dough then spend it.
I've been with phatservers for over 2 years now and get treated like I'm part of a family..there's a reason I hang with these guys at every show.
They give everything a personal touch, and if you do have an issue it's resolved with the quickness...they don't play around.

I've had small issues with both companies as is expected with a service that runs 24 hours a day 365 days a year, anyone expecting less is kidding themselves....but most of my experience comes with Phatservers and it's been the most positive out of all the companies I've dealt with in the past...too many to name.

I've found a home for my sites and it's with Phatservers...and I'm proud to say even EvilGeniusCash has moved a lot of their stuff there as well.

So to say you did a search and found a company to have had downtime I'm not surprised....but to think Jupiter or Isprime has never experienced it either...yeah keep thinking that ;)

If ISprime or Jupiter are down you bet your ass it would be posted here, I saw none, period. Conclude what you want from it. But to say there wouldnt be a thread about either the minute it happened is silly. They are massive companies that host huge programs and sites, you would know. :thumbsup

I did the search and I saw 4 threads about Phatservers..3 out of 4 there were apparently no issues because everyone else could get to the sites but the site owner...the other there was apparently an issue for 1 1/2 - 2 hours...so quit pretending as if it's a bigger issue than what it is.

Jupiter has been down and there are threads stating that....

I have a few servers with www.techiemedia.com and they simply rock. Do yourself a big favor and talk to Jim he is a good dude :thumbsup

Jupiter- 9(so far) months no downtime.
I can't say about support..i haven't needed any. :)

They are like a refrigerator.You open the door the light comes on and the food is cold.
