What will be the next hot trend for the net?
 

Sykkboy and I had a few discussions regarding this at the forum.
In the past it's been email group lists, Yahoo groups, blogs are the hot topic now, myspace seems to be getting some press.
Fads are hard to predict, you just never know what the public will latch onto...a good example would be the pet rock.
Anyone have any predictions?

Actually it's apparently Pirate shirts...or better known as puffy shirts...I swear I've seen them a few times at these conventions now. Jerry Seinfeld would be proud.

See the key element at being funny as a post whore is to be the first person on the thread to respond with some lame joke.
Everyone has responded in some form or fashion with a lame joke they think they are being original when in reality they are just following a trend.

Actually that is something quite interesting. They did a show on NPR and interviewed one of the original podcasters sounds like a lot of fun.

The preson who correctly answers this question is soon to be a millionaire.

I'd say video on demand - and not juts for porn either. Internet connections are getting faster and video on demand will get more and more popular.
