Will CCBILL ever pay ePassporte?

Anyone know if a company like CCBILL would ever think about paying via ePassporte?

Michael O 04-07-2005 06:35 AM

Will never happen.

abadfish 04-07-2005 06:54 AM

I'd rather see them start paying with ACH as Verotel does. Would save me several hundred $ a year!

EddiePulp 04-07-2005 07:10 AM

Would save me a fuckload of waiting, US checks in Australia take 20 working days to clear. So after waiting for the check to arrive, I have to wait another 20days before I see the money

Rui 04-07-2005 07:15 AM

Check who owns and runs ePass and you will have the answer to your question ;)

Manowar 04-07-2005 07:22 AM

one of their main competitors owns epassporte, so i guess never.

d00t 04-07-2005 07:43 AM

you can already get ccbill to pay epassporte...............

Eddie: wire to AU takes 4-5 days tops. If you're pullin in a few bucks, switch from CHECKS!

It's the same here in Canada.. so that's why I only promote ePassporte/Paypal sponsor !

HarlotCash Dyker 04-07-2005 07:52 AM

I don't see whoever owns epassporte being a reason not to pay this way -

Most of us have ccbill send us cash for it to be converted at source into our own currencies - This costs us a % every time - Then we have to buy dollars to pay server bill, scripting, content costs etc, etc.

Ccbill, by paying epassport would allow webmasters to keep dollars as dollars for those all important out payments - Overtime, this would allow extra cash to be put back into our businesses to help them grow faster - Which in turn, would be putting more cash back to ccbill.

justsexxx 04-07-2005 07:54 AM

Just curious, but epoch does not pay by epassporte as well do they?

andrej_NDC 04-07-2005 07:55 AM

ccbill wires are sent on Monday, I have the cash on my bank account on Tuesday...thats enough for me :)

Mango 04-07-2005 10:22 AM

Guess all you need to do is contact CCBill and ask them to pay you via EPP :)

I have asked this 1 or 2 months ago and the answer was NO :(

V_RocKs 04-07-2005 11:19 PM

Promote spondors who take CCBILL as a payment but the sponsor pays you Epassporte as an option. Defeats the purpose....

Robertf 04-07-2005 11:23 PM

Rather have CCBILL send me a ATM card :-)

I replied to a post about Epoch not paying by epassporte!
If you go a little up the thread you will see that in #2 I posted that it will never happen that CCBill will pay via Epassporte.

So before you jump on me get you facts straight so you donīt look like a fool.

Answer to Rui's post: Epoch.

Epoch and CCBill are competitors. So there is your answer.

You need to have a chat to your manager, or switch banks. If you're depositing regularly and you're in good standing then they should be able to do something better for you. I've been with Westpac about 2 1/2 years and my local branch clears them immediately.

EddiePulp 04-22-2005 06:24 PM

I understand with a ePassporte business account you can fill the account with wires? Do you think you could get CCBILL to wire funds to ePassporte Business account ?

Yep, same way with us. Both Commonwealth and Bendigo clear our foreign checks immediately. If you have a decent account history with them, just ask.
