linux host experts - urgent
i fucked up my.cnf file and i dont know what settings to put now..
someone please icq me :) Thanks! |
There are usually sample my.conf files that come with your mysql install. They are like my-*.conf I believe they are like small, medium and large. Do a search for those and try putting one of them in place.

usally by default there is no my.cnf
but if you want to add one you usally customize your mysql server to add max_connections and memory to use its easy just some extra settings. just if you know how much memory you want your mysql server to use and such i can walk your through it. |
