I got a legal question... <payback time>
 

If i build a website around someone and post on the site everything that is true and i can prove everything legally can i be sued for slander or anything? I also have a video tape of this person which will crush them finanacly, metelay and relationship wise. IF they commited a act in a public place is it fair game?

Nomaly i am not a "get back at you" type of guy. But the metal stain, financial strain and headaces ths peson has caused my loved ones over the last 9 months has pushed me over board. This pesons is the most evil, lieing , self centered , wacked out person i have ever came across in my life. I truly hate this person with a passion and i want to legally destroy her life. I know i know this sounds bad. But i will assure you this. If she did any of this stuff she did to my family to your family alot of you would of put here 6 feet deep allready.

long story but i will make it quick

We she had accused my father in law of beating my daughter. Accused my wife of trying to stab are daughter. Acused here other daughters husband of porning bleach down my daughters throat. The police find out that she had know the person who tried to kidnap are daughter a few mothns ago. She has tried to take us to court for custody of are daughter 4 months ago. She has had private dectives snooping around are house. She has driven 140 miles a day for 3 days to my daughters school only to signin under my wifes name. <she is tresspassed from the school now>But what put me over board is when hrs came out here yesterday fromclaims she made that we abuse are daughter.

Not one of here family members speaks with her at all. They warned me about this lady but damn she is a pure fruitcake. She has tried every was possible legallyto take are daughter from us and make her legally hers.

But i myself did hire a private dective a few months ago and i must say damn this guy was good. I got her on video cheatin on her husband. Legal document that she is working under a dead persons social secutity number and a few other Big things.

keep in mind there is other grand childern involed but she does not contact them at all. Seems she is obsessed with are daughter. I quiver now when the phone rings. I am worried as a parent that i am gonna recive a call that my daughter is missing.


I could go on but i thin kyou get the point........

BUT

Make sure you have hired protection for your daughter until the mother in law is behind bars.

you have to prove it is true so it is not slander. burden is on the person making the accusations. so if you have proof of what you are saying / displaying about her, then it can't be slander no matter how bad it makes her look. it's the truth.
