    God this pisses me off when...

    You have a member for say 6 months. He then charges back 4 of them and that counts as 4 seperate chargebacks.

    Or you have a member for 9 months. He stays full price for 2 months that cancels, but takes you up on your "dont leave discoun offer"... stays for 7 more months. Then charebacks 1/2 the discounted months.

    Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

                          Billers need to have an "asshole clause", where they understand that the user was obviously taking advantage of the system. They should then pass the info gathered onto Credit Card companies so that this person be flagged as such a user.

                          Credit Card companies need to disallow charging back online purchases after 6 weeks has past. This gives ample time for someone to review their purchases.
