I don't think he has a cellphone. I believe he lived a simple life. No matter how grand the Vatican looks like outside, I think priests, bishops, cardinals and the Pope should live a life without luxuries.

Let's see, the art treasures in Vatican City alone are valued at a conservative $450 BILLION. Put all of that on EBay and you could solve world hunger tomorrow. The pope had every damn luxury that could possibly be bestowed to any man's wildest fantasy. Yet this was someone who made numerous grand trips to poor third-world countries in "fund-raisers" for the catholic church. I hope he enjoys his eternity burning in hell for that. :disgust
