I am looking at getting a new sony Digi Vid Cam, if you know something about them hit me up on icq please

Got only one to suggest: VX2100 - Best damn MiniDV I've ever owned. Low light/resolution rocks.

wow that cam sells for 3000 on sony.com but you can find it on google for 1100

Man I would love to have one of those. But I need a new digi camera, and am thinking of getting the Canon EOS 20D. and that will cost me enough. But I also need a new video camera.

Stop making the VX2100???? UGH! I don't have it in my budget for another camera right now.

THat is usually for a refurbished camera with a non US warranty.. Be sceptical when you shop at sites like you found that price on.. some of them are fucking jokes..

the vx2100 rules... its the best low light cam I ever seen!

I also have the HD sony... the hdr-fx1... once you go real 16x9... you can never go back

the sony vx2000 and vx2100 are so good because they have 3 1/3" chips, the sony trv950 is 3 chips but have 1/4" ccds like canons GL2 wich also is very popular.

the bigger the 3 ccds are the better results you will get with normal room lighting or in low light

canons gl2 or sony's 950 give great results but the bigger chips in the sonys vx series or canons xl series really are very noticable

get the sony vx, they are built like tanks

totally go for 3ccd, even for personal use. those go as low as 400-500

the canon gl2 isn't as good in low light as the sony vx2100---but in my opinion it produces a "warmer" picture... overall... which I like for the porn

I also have a Sony DCR-TRV70 which is very nice and smaller than the DCR-VX2100. I'm not sure if you can still get it though.
