Duracell doesn't have a bunny. That would be Energizer. However, there isn't really any enforcement for trademark infringement in mexico.

Lots of companies here, including the city police vehicles, trash and water fly the purina logo because they like it :)

Uhm, Duracell actually has a bunny...they always use it to advertise here in Holland.

Serious? OMG, isn't that like Lexus using and Infinity logo? I have never seen a duracell bunny in the US not one time.

OMG, then I wonder who used it first, because they don't (can't?) use a pink bunny in the US. That's only energizer.

I think they CAN use it in other countries because it's not trademarked to Energizer or .. can't stop them ?

I know..when I first moved to the UK and saw that the Enigizer bunny was the Duracell bunny it confused me too BUT from what I have been told it was the Duracell bunny first.

oh and it was even the same comercials just a different name so maybe they work together

Energizer / Duracell = The same company.

Just as Walkers / Frito Lays = The same company.

They have a different name in specific countries where business models are different.
