Partnership contracts.... For single girl sites
 

I have seen posted on here a few times people posting places to download model release forms and such but does anyone know where to find a partnership contract.

I am working on doing a site for a girl but need a decent partnership contract that fits better then the stock ones you buy at document stores. Any pointers and where to look would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the help... I think I found some I can work with. Also I do agree these aren't normally worth the paper they are written on but basically all releases and everything regarding the site is my property. I only wanted a basic agreement on dividing up the money and basically that is it. We would be partners in the profit only. If she stops working on the site the partnership is dissolved and I retain the rights. An contract was mainly for me to put some escape clauses in so I do not have to keep putting money into a site the girl has stopped working on.

Nothing to giant just wanted to see what other people normally use. She really won't own anything just making some money from it is all.
