CCbill doesn't allow Bulgarian affiliates?
 

I don't know if this is a joke or not but I just got this email:

Hello,
I saw your site and i'd like to list your hosted galleries on my TGPs, but i see my country not allowed (Bulgaria). So it is kinda impossible for me to participate. Is there a way to solve this?

With regard to affiliates, we give you the option to use our blocked affiliates country list or you can scrutinize them on your own

The guy might be legit, maybe he has references you can check,

He can't help it if he lives in Bulgaria :upsidedow

I recently sent you an email asking about a blocked guy from Poland, still waiting for a reply.

We need to be able to approve or decline the guys from the blocked countries.
