    I love the ICQ 0406 error

    Nothing like an annoying pop up every 10 seconds to let you know you can't log in and there seemingly is absolutely fuck all I can do about it.

              How long do I need to leave it off for? I tried 30 minutes and it still gives me that error.

                  Try using the icq website to contact them. Do not know what your real issue is since my icq is working just fine here.
