Anyone use iwebmasters to outsource?
 

Just curious, looks interesting to outsource and save money and time. Anyone have feedback?

I have one of their guys that is doing a kick ass job for me
all my employees are outsourced... it's really worth it for me!

Technically, we aren't outsourcing. We are staff leasing.

Here are the 5 elements of effective management:

1. We have to recruit the very best people that we can find.

2. We need to give them the tools to do their job.

3. We need to remove any obstacles that are in their way.

4. You need to provide clear directions as to what they are supposed to accomplish.

5. You need to catch them doing things right and tell them to do more of it.

As you can see, we do the first three and leave four and five in your control.
