I have Herman Aeron chair, just like the one on the upper photo, this is the best chair I have ever had (and I had many of them) but pretty expensive, around 1500E for the version with metal parts

one that is about 4-5 years old. time to get a new one.

Not cheap but when you spend more than 40 hours a week in it well worth the investment.
