I figured out how to do that but I wanna "void after 90 days" on all my checks and wondering if quickbooks has that option to print on the checks

hmmm... interesting one... i have no idea on that

but from my experience in Canada, all checks were automatically null if not cashed for 180 days... anything like that here in the US?

Most checks, yes. But it also depends on the bank. Some banks void all checks past 90 days.

But to answer your question DS, I believe you have to have your checks printed that way at order, unless that's a new feature added with the 2005 version of QB.

Can't this be done on the checks when ordering them in stock?

PS: I know my bank up here doesn't really care about the void in xx days anyways. I once cashed a check that was over 5 months past issue date and it said void in 90 days and it went through.

I think you can just get the paper with that printed?

I also use the PRO version for foreign USA dollars :)

What WG says is true though (doesn't always stop 'em).
