Apostate - I've learn the most from annoying people on ICQ, surfing thru sites and picking up ideas on the way. You obviously have to find the right people to talk to - the ones willing to share some hints. Don't worry if you run into assholes, that's standard.

I never ever read a howto and I can't complain about the knowledge I earned ever since I started in this biz.
