I can't comment on IwantU, but I know that getting a new merchant account for my own personals sites was hell. "dating sites" are on the big blacklist. There can only be one reason for that: dating sites have a huge cb problem. No bank would touch me even though I have 3 yrs processing history and a 0.3% cb ratio.

I don't think a good program is trouble. I think that there are hundreds of small dating sites that for one reason or another are not run right or they are just too small to keep members happy, and these sites are responsible for the bad rep dating sites are getting with the merchant banks.

As for your cb problem, are you "pre selling" the site in some way that promises more than the site delivers? That's always asking for trouble.

I am curious - professionally, of course - if anyone else is having a cb problem with IwantU. If you are, please post.

We average a very low chargeback rate, because we use high scrubbing through ccbill and other processors. Please ICQ me and I will check your account.

Maybe you were unlucky to got hit by some foreign traffic?

Banks are very difficult these days indeed. Our processing is cascaded among few merchant accounts of our own and ccbill. We will be adding paycom as a secondary payment processor shortly.

Hope it helps in your processing quest :)
