The patch will introduce estrogen and progesterone into his body...

The estrogen could make him moody (depressed/girly), give him erectile issues and depending on the amount introduced and his sensitivity, induce gynocemastia (tits).

The progesterone is similar to estrogen (more progesterone = more estrogen) and could also induce gynocemastia... if his blood levels are high enough he could start to lactate a little. This could also cause erectile disfunction and a loss of libido (due to the estrogen increase).

A lot of trannies take birth control pills to grow tits and get curvier (more womanly) bodies. I assume if you use the b.c. patch long enough, it'll do the same thing.
