Here's a tip; STOP EATING CRAP FOODS!

galleryseek 04-03-2005 10:55 AM

Weight loss is the biggest issue facing America. Many people are confused about how exactly they should lose weight, but if you take away all of the confusion placed upon us through the media with their fad diets, it is actually quite easy to lose weight. So how exactly can you lose weight? There are only a few things that 95% of the population needs to follow in order to lose those unwanted pounds.

* 1. Eat at Least 5 Smaller Portioned Meals
Eating at least 5 times a day forces the digestive system to work harder. It requires energy to "boot up" each time, which in return burns calories. The body isn't made to handle large bulky meals. The standard 3 meals that most Americans live by, are much too big. This is a key weight loss tip.

* 2. Increase consumption of natural foods like Fruits and Vegetables
With the recent carb-conscious craze in America, people have become mislead and confused about carbohydrates. Your body needs carbohydrates for fuel. There are different types of carbohydrates, generally there are good and bad carbohydrates. The carbs found in natural foods are the types of carbohydrates your body prefers. Junk foods and processed foods contain the type of carbohydrates your body doesn't want.

* 3. Read food labels habitually
The only things you need to look out for are foods high in SATURATED FAT (This means it is fine to eat foods that have fat, but as long as there isn't a lot of saturated fat you will be fine.) Watch out for foods high in carbohydrates that contain a lot of sugar.

* 4. Perform some sort of intensive labor (such as exercise) 5 days a week
This part is usually the hardest of the weight loss tips for people to follow through with. Your body isn't meant to be sedentary, if you don't use it you lose it. That's why I must stress that you need to exercise in some shape or form routinely. It will do you more good than you can ever imagine. Go for regular walks, jogs, join a gym with a friend, try biking, etc...

If you follow the above steps, you will find that in several month's time you will not only look better, but feel better as well. These weight loss tips are the golden rules of fitness. Live by them and you will be fine.

From experience the best way to go about cutting is to :

-eat 6-8 smaller meals throughout the day consisting of a good balance of protein ( to retain muscle mass ) and 'good' carbs ie: fiborous whole foods

- Cardio is a must for losing the fat, no matter how fast you push your metabolism, your going to need excercise to help release the fat stores into your blood stream for burning off.

- The only way to achieve "ripped/cut" body is to have a low BF % depending on your age / bone structure / muscle mass, 6-10% bodyfat will have you looking nice and ripped

so basically you want to eat a nice clean diet consisting of whole foods and clean protein ( chicken, tuna, etc..) start a cardiovascualar routine and stick too it ! I would also recommed an E.C.A stack for helping to burning off calories check out 1fast400.com for more info

OK, here is the diet I was on for the oraange county musle classic, its 6 meals a day, you can use this as a reference, but it was made for me, for my height, bodyweight and bodyfat percentage.
http://www.landofvenus.com/diet.html
5 days a week, first thing in the morning, before breakfast, do 30 min to 1 hour of cardio, you do not have to run, a stationary bike or cheap treadmill will work, on the treadmill just walk and maintain an elevated heart rate for the entire time. 1 hour is better because it will help you burn fat faster.

Do Ab's everyday, you can never get enough ab work, do 100 crunches a day.
do not lify heavy, it will only make you big, lift light but lots of sets, my trainer would have me do 100 rep sets each week, for example on leg day, I would do 100 squats, then reverse 100 lunges (each leg). Correct form is more important then how much you lift, example when doing lat pulldowns, do not do behind the neck, pull down to chest and pull at your elbows. I could go on forever, dont ever use those trainers they have at the gyms that just off off a book or standard paper, if you get a trainer get a good one that customizes a workout for your goals.

if your really talking about cutting or "shredding" here, its all about oday fat %'s... start every day w/ immediate intensive cardio, 10-15 minutes only but definitely have to push yourself... eat all your carbs w/in your first 6 waking hours, all meals afterwards are mostly proteins, some fats.

do proper weight-lifting 3 times a week, along w/ hard abdominal focus on all three days.

get on a pyramid schedule of T3/T4 'thyroid armour' (google for "T3 cytomel")

if you want really quick and dramatic results, also use clebuterol, but be careful w/ the amounts at first... too much clem can make you feel *really* weird...

the above will get you nice and cut/shredded w/ some willpower and patience... if your in a hurry, go find yourself some good rHGH (191-peptide only!) and stack it w/ Lr3-IGF/1 for 6 weeks... you will shred down really hard on that stuff, and don't have to watch your diet all that much, as the IGF (insulin growth factor) inhibits carbs from passing through membrane walls... i eat everything in sight when doing IGF..

Meni69 04-03-2005 05:29 PM

I wouldn't sugges fruit if cutting

Copied from http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/0176.htm

Quote:

"However, clenbuterol also yielded three very negative changes. First, after just four weeks, clenbuterol-treated rats were unable to maintain their normal swimming or running training intensities, while clean rodents were quite capable of continuing. Secondly, the hearts of the clenbuterol-taking, trained rats increased dramatically in size compared to the hearts of sedentary rats, but the heart expansion was probably due to the infiltration of collagen fibres into the heart walls, not an increase in heart-muscle cells. Collagen is a tough connective tissue which doesn't augment heart-muscle power but in fact stiffens the heart, potentially leading to a decrease in cardiac output. Increases in collagen may also produce cardiac arrhythmias. Thirdly, clenbuterol rats suffered from noticeable cardiac-cell degeneration."

LOL..visiting those wannabe BB msg boards are you.

its not the most responsible thing to do by suggesting that someone take thyroid. Taking medicine that affects your thyroid is just asking to mess yourself up - you will be one of those people that has to take it for life because you have screwed yours up.

no, you want a high carb diet, but carbs that are GOOD carbs. good carbs are found in most fruits / vegetables / pasta / oatmeal, etc... (look up the glycemic index and eat more of the foods that fall on the LOWER end of the scale).

cut back on the bad carbs (most junk foods / processed foods).

tical 04-03-2005 07:57 PM

Studies show that clenbuterol contributes to heart degradation... stay away form it. Also it can give you some nice cramps. Taurine could help in this area but still don't bother with it.

Don't take meds unless you know what you're doing. If you want a real diet plan you need to get some numbers on your body mass (fat/lbm) / bmr. This will allow you to determine the number of calories you expend daily by just staying alive and with this number you can figure out the simple fat loss equation of

cals out > cals in = fat loss

don't go too hardcore w/ low calorie diets and excess cardio, you'll lose lots of muscle that way... anyway good luck

BlueQuartz 04-03-2005 08:04 PM
