About a week ago lightspeed did the whole rank the top 8 lightspeed girls thing (that I fucked up about 5 times) and I'm wondering why these two were not in the list. Did they quit?

However, they still got all that content on kinziekenner.com that i've never been paid for and that they have no model releases on, so they obviously dont want to talk about her to much. Just "shhhh, no one will ever know". ;)

Last I heard, there was a negotation to return kinziekenner.com to Kinzie, but no one has contacted me about it.

Bad call on this one Jimmy, you are making Lightspeed look bad without all the facts. We don't OWN kinziekenner.com, I'm pretty much sorry I ever got involved with marketing for it. I've taken a loss on it one too, its been nothing but a headache for us.

What I am saying and what I alerted Rochard too as well, many times when this was all going down, was that Kinzie and I were getting ripped off. Not by you guys, but Jason Tucker. Nothing ever got done on your end. 90% of her content was shot by me and her model releases were signed off to me. I had many convos with Rochard about this and even Kinzie herself discussed these happenings with you guys. But you did nothing, just kept the site up a running as usual.

All i kept hearing from Rochard was that your deal was with Jason Tucker and your hands were tied cuz he was a" prominent figure in the industry", lmao. You're fucking Lightspeed for christ sake! How is Jason Tucker a threat to you?? And if he was weaseling you why not do something about it? If Kinzie herself is comming to you saying shes getting jacked, do something about it! If i'm saying i'm not getting paid for my content you are using, do something about it. You are the big dog. Re-evaluate your deal with Tuck-a-Buck, see that "oh yeah, he hasn't provided model releases, perhaps he doesnt own this content" just like i was telling Rochard many many times, and you guys still continued with the site and blamed Kinzie for neglect. Well look at klubkinzie.com, she obviously wasnt the problem with your deal as she is more than capable of carrying a site.

You even started putting her site in all your "lightspeed world" or whatever packages, even with the knowledge that there was something wrong. All this is fact, and its all the fact i need to know to make the comment i did. I am not making Lightspeed look bad, the fact that you sat on this knowledge and did nothing is what makes you look bad. Business as usual i guess.

Jimmy, it looks like no one is asking for your help here. If you didn't get paid by Tucker, then talk to Tucker. I made a deal WITH TUCKER to market KinzieKenner.com, and I have kept my part of the deal, even when it has LOST ME MONEY.

This girl shoots content like no model I have ever seen. She lights up for the camera! Not to mention her live cam shows are awesome (Voted #1 cam show on the camz.com network last month). Members love her and they stay members for months and months and months.

We welcome all webmasters to our program, and I do mean all.

If you've been wronged, get an attorney and see it through in court. When I get a court order telling me to do anything differently, it will be done the same day. Breaking my deal with Tucker will do nothing to help you, it will just give him a reason to take me to court.

I spend thousands on advertising in case you haven't noticed. I promoted Kinzie AT MY EXPENSE in magazines, radio and tradeshows. I also paid off some of her past debt to a previous agent. I am the ONLY ONE that has kept my part of the deal here! But you want to make me look bad, ok. Next time someone you know owes me money, I'll ask YOU for it, or demand that you break your arrangements with them immediately at your expense.

Show me the contract I signed with YOU or Kinzie if you want anything from me, otherwise, again, TALK TO TUCKER. Take him to court if you feel you have a case. That is the way business works.
