I'm drinking some Stoli and even though it's midshelf vodka, it's smooth and has a clean buzz and most importantly, I can drink it and be around my mother without her complaining about the "alcohol smell"....Plus it's great to drink in the morning without slowing you down.

I'm about to go get some of the best vodka available today. A Polish vodka called "chopin". I can't wait.

I like Stoli as well..prefer beer but I like Caesars

its the first and only really original Russian Vodka, all the other brands are just trends and fashionable drinks

Grey goose is good I find but overpriced. There are some good imports you can pick up for >$30/quart.

Seriously. It was some old wives' tale passed around when I was in highschool. And those highschool wives' tales are always true.

I wish I had a more developed palate as I can't really tell the differences between most vodka brands.

stoli elit is fucking incredible but its unreasonably expensive.. $65/bottle where belvedere grey goose chopin are like $30-$35/bottle

Chopin is real smooth, one of my favourites.
Stoli is very good too, I always keep a bottle in my freezer.

try "Russian Standard" vodka, after that you won't drink any other one

Smirnoff is a best seller. That doesn't make it the best.

Fact: Smirnoff has more impurities than Stoli. That's what give you a headache the next morning. I drank enough of both to know that ounce for ounce, you won't need aspirin the next day with Stoli.

Smirnoff has been bottling all these citrus shitty drinks for a couple years now in order to sell their crap. Plus, they have been whoring them in every popular nightspot in North America.

Stoli hasn't done that, so who's trendy now? :)

How do you drink it? How much do you pour in glass, do you eat something after drinking?

How I drink it. Usually with 2 drops (no more) of vermouth

How much I pour: 2 ounces

Do I eat something after: Usually, there will be a plate of nachos or [insert finger food name here] that I will nibble on with my buddies during the drinking binge.

I usualy pour 50 ml and take some smoked meat with lemon after I drop the glass:) And of course deep breathe in before and breathe out after a drop.
