You can just put in an mpeg and say you want it sliced into 10 shorts clips and it'll do it for you really easily.

whats it called? I had it a long time ago and cant find it in my old files

Well...there is AVI-MPEG-ASF-WMV Splitter LINK(really easy) and there is Easy Video Splitter LINK :)
