Cyberage or cybersexnetwork for recurring...CSN is harder to convert but retains insanely well at 20 bucks a pop. Don't ask me to explain it because I can't - it's just fuckin' weird. The perv's don't cancel for some reason and $20 rebills make my balls tingle.

For free avs's go with sexkey or freeagecard. Mirror the site and send the traffic to the front end that makes you the most per click. Don't limit yourself to just one.
