Ya know, I can't really see where the text's are all that similar except that they both reference G-Spots.

If you feel that there is any text on our websites that is stolen outright, I'll gladly change it immediately to something that I come up with off the top of my head.

As for what Manny and Nader posted a year ago, I have no control over that.
I can ask them to tone it down although to be honest, I have seen no such threads in a very long time.

I know GFY is all about drama and fighting... I'm sorry, I just don't feel like it.

So know this. I'm not the thief or spammer that you perceive NichePay to do as a whole. I will honestly do my best to correct what ever is wrong and make it as right as I possibly can.

Uh, it's pretty unfair to attack an employee on a board based on the employer... StuartD (MaskedMan) is one of the most trustworthy people in the industry I've ever met.

I have known Stuart for years. I have met him in Vegas and have chatted many, many times on ICQ. I can not think of time he has ever lied, cheated or stolen anything. He has been known to stop what he's busy working on to help people with scripting and html issues or anything else they need. To call him a thief and cheat for shit that happened to a company way before he ever joined is simply stupid. I suggest before calling someone out that you make sure you know what you're talking about.

This thread I see could have been avoided with a simple email or ICQ to Stuart but of course then there wouldn't have been any drama and for two seconds you wouldn't have felt as important before you got spanked with facts and Stuart?s quickness to help resolve your issues even after being called out pointlessly.

This is one issue that could have been worked out in private, obviously, instead of immediately jumping to the boards to call someone a theif. The "Theif" seems pretty honest and willing to fix anything that was done in the past merely on the accuser's say-so.

I made the mistake of mixing Nader with StuartD. That's the only mistake I made and I apologize to him. But I will not apologize to "Nichepay".

3) Phoned them.

If none of the above brings the desired results, then and only then would I take something public. Individuals and companies like that deserve what they get, but everyone deserves a chance to make things right before publicly being called a thief.
