Practical Guide to April Fool's Jokes on GFY
 

This is just a collection of common sense. Use it at your discretion.

1. No harm, no foul. This includes physical harm to another, shit that could cause evil, nasty things to happen to someone, and/or any other type of true damage done to someone or something.

2. Remember - it's only funny if someone else thinks so too. If you're the only one who gets the joke, then keep the joke to yourself.

3. Be original! Stop posting stupid threads that everyone can tell is bullshit. Come on, if you're going to do a joke, take the time to plan it carefully so that the execution of the joke is clean. Clean execution = excellent chance of the joke going without problems, thus ensuring no harm, no foul.

4. If Lens has to close your thread, it's probably not a good joke in the first place and either violated the rules of the board or rule number one listed here.
