I ordered on Sunday, so I suppose Monday...

It's now FRIDAY, and I still haven't even received design proofs. On TUESDAY you let me upgrade to overnight shipping to have them here by today. Obviously now they won't get here till mid next week earliest as I haven't even seen the art yet.

Colpanic - I was out of the office all of this week and I really don't know why you had to bring this to the boards before A) Calling my customer service or B) ICQing me directly.

I have people working here for me and I can't do everything myself. I sent you proofs and this was the email you sent in response:

That one does look a bit chunky.

It's too late to use the cards for my show anyway, so let me get that to you. Might be today, but it might not be till sometime this weekend.

I apologize that I wasn't able to directy handle this job but I did have other pressing matters that needed to be taken care of off-sight. :thumbsup

Yes, like I said, I *am* happy with the look.

Here is what I did before posting here:

a) wrote an email on Monday trying to get a better time estimate.
b) called Tuesday, to see when the proofs would be ready. Got put on hold for a long time, got transferred to someone else who switched me to overnight shipping so it would be here by Friday.
c) Called Wednesday, was told that I was 3rd in line & should have proofs soon, but that the shipment couldn't be there by Friday. Asked for a cancellation of the overnight since it wouldn't do me any good anyway. Never heard back.
d) Called Thursday. was told I was 2nd in line and should have proofs that day. Again asked for a cancellation of the overnight, and never heard back.
e) Posted to the board today.

I didn't know your ICQ, I just knew that someone from acidflyers hung out here.

I only posted here because I didn't seem to be getting anywhere through other means.

meh... looks all settled now :)

It's all good and I do apologize for it taking this long. As I said, I was out all this week with other matters that I had to take care of.

My ICQ and AIM info is in my sig. Hit me up and I'll give you 1000 free business cards or something to help make up for my people not taking care of this sooner.
