damn.. i've been waiting for awhile now.. my site is down! :mad:

I've noticed they take longer.

webair always takes forever

when i used them I could never get them online or on phone support

i have noticed my sites going down a few times a day for a minute or two.. what is going on with their servers right now? been pretty soild past 6 months. anyone else experiencing these problems? if this keeps up i'm moving my sites to a better host.

I have a virtual account with them and all my sites that are with Webair got hacked twice in the past few months.

question... why do y'all spam the hell outta webair? it's because of you guys i'm with them. they are spammed here like a mofo! this needs to stop before more hard working webbies experience crazy downtimes and bad support and hacked sites and other crap.

well you have answered your own question, it sucks when it goes down like this but get to a real host

i was actually thinking about moving my sites to swiftwill... what y'all think about them?

I had heartburn for a week when Webair said they didn't have a back up available of my sites that got hacked for some reason which never made sense.

havent heard any negatives, I looked at what massive paysites are hosted where, and made my decision. :2 cents:

if that was directed to me i didn't do anything on my side to fuck shit up. i'm talking to support now and they said apache was hanging and i keep getting this response so now they are going to move me to another server. maybe that was my fuck up... not asking to be moved to a better server... i just hope i don't experience crazy downtimes on their better servers... :winkwink:

My server at Webair was just down for more than 4 hours and i was told the problem was my server and they had to reboot it.

Only funny thing is this:

09:04:19 up 20 days, 22:08, 1 user

First i waited like 20 minutes for live support and after i told him that he did not reboot my server i waited another 30 minutes for a comment before i decide to give up.

i was just told my site was fixed like 15 mins ago... but its still down.. wtf... support hasn't replied since... :disgust

they did the same thing to me...they SAID they moved me to a new server, same problems persisted...moved again...same problems....moved again

i ended up with almost 6 months free service...but who wants free SHITTY service?

dunno... but does a real person yelling on the phone make them work faster? if so maybe i should try doing that... :winkwink:
