If anybody help me to sue then you GET %50 thats $2,500 in cash.

go to linkshare's board and bitch about it like the rest webmasters. I have warned in the past that they don't pay their webmasters and when they do it, it's after many months.

Hi, In so far as Linkshare is concerned, you can join the que with about 25,000 other webmasters who have been ripped off by this company. On the good side you may be pleased to know the directors are facing criminal Rico charges which can carry a life sentence. They also have a number of class action lawsuits against them which you can join in. I think for is a forumn on Delphi exclussivly for those ripped off by Linkshare and updatings on the different criminal and civil cases against them. You may want to do a search on sitepointforumns for further info. Anyway, in short, Linkshare is the biggest scam on the net.

Well if that is true, and it gets proven, they are fucked.

what means you need help sueing them? thats what i do.. call my lawyer.. explain the whole matter and thats it... he sets up everything needed and you just have to wait..
