This gallery got listed on the Hun yesterday, and my bandwidth is through the ROOF on it... I've gotten 32,000 uniques so far. Oh, and a whole 297 click-thru's and 0 sales. Nice eh?

Tell me what's wrong with this peice of shit gallery. I thought it was my best one ever.

i get some misalligned images in mozilla in the upper right. it does not nest properly.

the calls to action are pretty subdued. the background color is so muted and needs brightening badly.

not enough details about why to click over to see more when you have 4 decent clips already up as well. what is left to see?

Hmm, I guess the call to action needs to be a little bigger / brighter / bolder. I had more clicks to the program with a non-graphical gallery I did before this one, with 1 / 10th the traffic. LOL

You have used a character that is not considered a "name character" in an attribute value. Which characters are considered "name characters" varies between the different document types, but a good rule of thumb is that unless the value contains only lower or upper case letters in the range a-z you must put quotation marks around the value. In fact, unless you have extreme file size requirements it is a very very good idea to always put quote marks around your attribute values. It is never wrong to do so, and very often it is absolutely necessary.

It's kind of odd that it didn't look right in your Mozilla... it looks perfect in mine, I'm running Firefox. I noticed some misaligned slices in IE though which I thought was quite weird.

I believe in teasing 100%, it was more or less an experiment. When I'm selling my own site, I'm not giving ANY cock away for free. I know surfers will get all bent out of shape if they can't see the full size version. Unfortunately I can't play that game with TGP galleries or I won't get listed.

I'm going to be shooting entire sets of 80 teaser images during future shoots, for exactly the purpose of TGP gals. :) That way I don't have to limit myself to the first 20 pics in a normal set.
