Horrible ratios on IBILL sponsors?
 

Anyone else here experiencing in the last two-three days very very bad ratios on ibill sponsors ?

Same problem here.

i got 50% less signups at the christmas-day,now all is back to normal for me.
just keep on working;-)

IBill and Rebills .... they just seem to dissapear.

Sign ups this month have been way down as well.

Anyone have more info ?

IBILL sucks, I reckon they are ripping off every webmaster that uses them. specially ARS webmasters, FUCK IBILL!!!

I have a Master Acct with iBill and everything is running smoothly right now. It seems to me the only people having trouble are RevSharers....am I right?

Now their customer service on the other hand is atrocious...I set up a new sub account yesterday and the Rep emailed me with ANOTHER iBill client's password file, instead of the file for MY new sub acct! DOH!

things have been kick ass fine for a long time now (master accounts). signups are stronger than ever. with regard to customer service, just call them. you'll get things done much faster - i'm coming up close to 5 years with ibill, and the support has always been great.

Yes, I agree totally about the signups. We're still going strong. I did call them and we worked it all out. I just thought it was extremely unprofessional that they sent me 999 passes to someone else's site, lol. We've been with them for 3 years now and have no plans of changing processors....we just find their customer service to be lacking sometimes. Luckily, we rarely have to deal with their customer service reps because we rarely have any major problems with them.

The only time I ever have to contact customer service is when I need more pin codes.

I dont know WTF is wrong, but my December DrunkSlut ratio is 1:5000 and my November Ratio was 1:500 (AP sucks too)
And adult.com support people won't look into it. Fucking shit.

I noticed with my Ibill stats, for the whole month of December my sales were great, then the last 3 or 4 days no new sign ups, is this still an on going problem?

IBILL rebills are way down...the signups are still ok...
but i like the ccbill sponsors better...
