Weed is partially legal. It is legal to use it in a coffeeshop, not on the streets or anywhere else. It is legal for a coffeeshop to sell weed, but it isn't legal for them to buy weed. So how can they sell weed if it isn't legal for them to buy it first you ask?.... yes, that's the great country that's called the netherlands.
