I'm no where's close to complete or finished, but those of you that're interested..
Take a look at my new layout of my webmasters page..
I am looking for webmasters who would fit in any of the categories I've got who would like a listing..
I didn't finish making the submit form yet, so you'll have to e-mail from whatever category & ask about a listing & I'll reply on your choices..Basically, for most of you it'll be a link trade..
Certain things....Like counters & billing companies have to go through another route for a listing..But the rest is pretty much link trades..
I got other options for anyone interested..

Now, I am being very serious here..
I do not want this to become some circus..
AMP, Aaron, Hungryman, & the others knowledgeable in design & this biz..
Any criticisms are appreciated...

Well, the post is a major improvement. Probably one of your best. Definitely on the right track.

As for the site... well... it seems a little sparse. At least for a resource site...

take a look at Webmaster Vault, or Netpond, or YNOT.... some of the other resource sites... look at how they've layed things out so that it's easy to find things, while still pleasing to the eye.... think *resource site* versus *TGP*.... webmasters demand much more from a site than freeloaders do.

...there's my 1/2 a cent.

Also, I would lose the banner on top... there's a place for banners on a resource site, but that ain't it. But that's just my opinion.

why will webmaster sign up under you ?
and if they do why do you think theres real money indoing this ? I have 25 people signed up under me on some programes and it dosent realy add up to more than extra beer money.

It all depends on how much the sponsor pays for webmaster referals..
ARS pays a flat $20 per referal..Some others pay a flat rate too..others will pay a percentage, etc..some of the click programs will pay .01 on your referals clicks..
Lets say you have 25 webmasters signed up under you..they each send 1000 clicks a day to AP..AP pays you .01 on their clicks..

Your first site ever was a webmaster resource site?

Okay, this is not meant to be rude at all Just an honest question.

If you are having to ask people so many basic questions why do you think people would go to your resource site?

Particuarly since there are already a zillion and two webmaster resource sites out there. So many that I start to fall asleep when I search through Allofem.

Ask yourself this: What is your site going to do that the hundred other sites like it aren't doing? Everthing needs an unique selling point.
