The accuser's family has a history of trying to stick-up, famous people for chump change..
They tried to set-up the comedian George Lopez and also Jay Leno

Yea it's looking more like a joke everyday

I tend to agree.. but doesn't mean he wont be found not guilty.

I would still like to see if anything amounts.

I think the kids family DID intent on suing him , and they did plan on making up a story , but it just happened that jackson molested him anyways.. Just my :2cents though

I'm watching the daily re-enactments on "E" channel..

This is what the father of the kid did to George Lopez..
After George took the kid out on a shopping spree...

The father leaves his wallet at George's house with $50 in it...
He then says that he left $350 in his wallet

So either way...
George is going to pay him $300 to save face and not have it said that he stole money out of somebody's wallet...

OR...

The guy has the option of going to somebody else who knows George Lopez and telling them that George stole $300 out of his wallet and get that person to pay him $300 for George's sake just cut down on confusion..

These people just decided to get rich....

Well I dunno about that, I know everyone is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but Scott Peterson was one of the few that I could tell he did it just by his body language.. OJ was another, but that fuck got off..

I studied criminal law for 2 years in high school..
and one thing I know is, in a murder trial a person has to be found guilty without a reasonable doubt...

They never pinned any hard evidence on Scott Peterson.
I think he did it, but thats just my thought and I've been wrong about things before.

But the way our justice system is set-up, Scott should have gone free...
No DNA link, no fibers or threads linking him to the murder scene....

Just popular opinion that he did it....
Sure he did a lot of strange things after his wife went missing...

But who is to say whats normal and whats not normal after your wife goes missing...

Exactly right. If you don't want this kind of legal/criminal trouble, don't have young boys sleeping in your bedroom when you're a 40-something-year-old, especially if you're mega-rich. Just inviting trouble he was, and he got it.

Btw.... if it was any regular joe-jerkoff 40 yr old man living down the street who was having young boys sleep over like that he would have been shut down and thrown in jail long ago. It seems the world has been gradually conditioned to almost accept that it's okay, because it's the lovable and talented Michael Jackson.

Well Mikey does have a fondness (no pun intended) for kids like this one that are either sick or have a disorder. He lets them into his life and home so easily, perhaps he should have investigators look into the people he so gladly helps out?

He is a very naive and trusting person and it comes back to bit him.

Oh yeah, and not invite kids to spend the night in his room would have been advisable, especially after the first set of allegations ...

Michael Jackson is far from naive. He had the good sense and business acumen to buy the publishing rights to the majority of the Beatles catalog. Anyone who could negotiate a deal like that is far from "naive". Michael Jackson just thinks that he can do whatever he likes -- no matter how weird and outside of acceptable behavior -- as long as he holds onto this Peter Pan-like personality...because he's a celebrity.

Even if they find that the only person he's molesting at night is his own 40 year old discolored penis, I think they should still lock him up for a little while -- just on G.P. and to teach him that he has to act like a normal person because people are sick of him acting like a freak.

What I do not understand is why these "celebreties" are hanging out with kids and taking them shopping, etc. If they are doing it to be magnamous and help out a person in need the best way to do it to send someone over with a check or mail it to them. Just my :2 cents:

You are right. A lot of times you never here of a crime because it was never reported to authorities because the party that commited the crime has compensated the party that was victimized.

The problem with MJ is that last time he was accused he paid off the kid's family and they "decided" not to press charges. Since that happened and it was heavily publicized the laws in CA were changed when it comes to crimes against children. Now, even if the family does not want to press charges, the DA can, as he sees fit, prosecute and this DA has a bone for MJ.
