How do I send an html email in Outlook Express? Like if I want to send out a newsletter in outlook express, and it has a bunch of images on it, I have created the html page, now how do I send it out using Outlook Express?

In the e-mail message window, make sure HTML formatting is turned on by clicking the Format menu. If HTML formatting is turned on, a black dot appears beside the item called Rich Text (HTML).

Then just click on the source tab and edit it
