is this a rhetorical question ? if not, Marty Feldman had bulging eyes that pointed in different directions, hence 'Marty Feldman tits' are boobs where one is going thisaway and the other thataway - usually from poor boobjobs - but sometimes even natural titties have the Marty Feldman thing.

Yeah, I don't understand crooked boob jobs.

In the post op check ups does the surgeon not have his glasses on and says "yup looks perfect to me"
