i get listed pretty often at al4a (got a partner account when they started the partner only submissions). But sales, not that often...

OK here's the report. I do not have a good tracking system for hits and where the go to once they reach a www.paulmarkhamteens.com page. I think I need to find a good one.

The gallery has been up now 18 hours and we have had 2 more sign ups today than usual. We usual get 5 a day, so far got 7. so still got a few hours to go.

The gallery got 44k visits, not sure if they are uniques, 48k in hits and so far has burned under half a gig of BW.

The gallery is now top of my visited pages.

We got a lot more visits to our home page than usual over night.

So if the two sign ups were just a fluke then who knows where they came from.

It's still a young site and I'm still learning the job of running a paysite, the traffic is very low because we do little to generate it. The home page got 13k hits in March and we signed up 160 members. Not to bad but nothing to boast about.

I'm looking at my stats for the month of March and the the big BW burners are the MPGs.

They really do cost and not sure if they make a big difference to sign ups.

that's good for just starting out the gate.

I think it's all down to the content. the design is nothing special and to be honest if a guy like me with no knowledge, experience and talent can do this from nothing then diverting traffic is no great shakes.

IMO KING, QUEEN & GOD is CONVERSIONS we did nothing more than a Chameleon auto submit and a few partner submits in March and we get this.

If I had the time and the abilities then I wonder what we would of done. Problem is today I still earn more money with a camera in my hand, than the paysite earns us.

If you look at the top sites most have one thing, someone buying or shooting content that understands the difference between flesh and porn.

Having content is not enough, it has to be content that stimulates the surfers imagination.

We are happy with it, so far we are making some nice money with the site. This month we signed up 160 members, a lot will stay over one month. So for the work we put into it everythings very nice.

Not going to compete with Quiet or Lensman but it's not costing us much and the future looks good.

Nice just to prove I can do it.

We got another one this morning and one this afternoon, while I was shooting. So we are ahead of the game.

I think it can be called a success.

We are using www.paulmarkham.com content and having no problems getting listed or getting partner accounts.

Most of what we have been submitting is with chameleon and that seems to work well.

Now I need a program to do FHGs with the galleries we already have.

So we had a couple more sign ups and now we are are at double our daily rate, but the last two were from an affiliate, so nothing to do with Al4a.

But I got a stats program running and will analyse it over the weekend.

And we are up on Worldsex
