Chat operators script/software
 

I'm looking for a script or soft that does the following :
- Live chat (only text) with billing for members
- All the admin, stats for the operators

This isn't to do a regular chat room, but to setup an animated chat with hostess ( fake profils, dating ... )

Can't find something like that, can someone custom code that or modify a regular chat, live help script to do that ?
