What burns me the most about this is that they don't even guarantee you placement for the blood money you're paying ...

At least when you pay the intial $600 ...

If they made an exception for child porn or something like that, then fine ...

But it's at their sole discretion with broad language ...

This will help keep the listings down and help existing listings get more exposure.
But it still sucks having to pay each year.
