Paint shop pro - how to rotate a layer?

click on roatate, i havent used PSP for years

also, how can u select multiple layers at once and move them >_<?

that rotates my whole canvas

extend finger

spread ass cheeks

insert finger

sit

click on rotate

no idea PS is all that matters

On top where it says Layers, go down the menu and select the layer you want to rotate

It's been years since I used PSP, I moved to PS in about 2001 I think cos the fuckers at Jasc didn't program PSP to work with Windows XP properly when it first came out.
