Let's be honest here. Whether the guy is innocent or guilty, the way this system has been setup, he doesn't stand a chance and is going to jail whether he did anything or not. How the hell the judge can allow evidence not connected in the slightest with this case is beyond the realms of reality!
If this fails the prosecution will probably be allowed to go back to Jackson's childhood and bring a battery charge for when he hit his brother over the head with a comic!

Watching this as a complete neutral, the whole thing reaks. I am pretty sure if this was taking place anywhere else but the USA, it would have been thrown out of court within a couple of days.

You would be suprised how desperate some people are for money. Sometimes it gets to the point to where the need for money takes over their logic thinking and makes them do crazy stuff

Nothing. If a guilty verdict is handed down he will fight it in Appeals court and almost certainly get it overturned. Not only are his lawyers prepping daily for the current case, they are also taking lots of notes for a possible appeal.

The decision to introduce evidence from the past allegations will give that appeal a LOT of ammunition - it was a controversial decision by the judge to say the least.

its very common from Asia right across to Saudi.

they just dont amputate these kids - they even mutilate them by burnign their faces until they melt and they are hideously deformed

The worse off the kids look - the more money they make begging.


If you ever travel in these countries NEVER give money to children beggars because it only encourages this behavious and the kids will never go to school and learn to work.

I am not 100% sure he will be found guilty....the guy wont be able to last prison although I suppose living the way he does behind the doors of Never Land Ranch he is probably used to isolation.
