Widescreen vs. Compact Notebook Computers
 

Which do you prefer, and why?

I personally use a 15" screened HP Pavilion notebook. I travel alot so I like a larger monitor (they have 17" now too) to use when I'm not on the plane.

I dont use it on the plane, so that's another reason I like the widescreens, and I usually sit int'l biz class so the width isn't really an issue either way...

I have the Dell Widescreen Laptop pretty nice actually

i think 17" its the perfect one. it depends on what you are doing also..

ya i havent even seen a 17", when i bought this 15" in september it was the biggest one in the Thai stores I went to... this thing is huge though so I can't wait to try a 17" when I get home next month =)

I love compact PCs. :)

I think I'd prefer the widescreen. The pictures are of course much larger and better when you view it, right?

For travel I like the small ones, for day-to-day work I like the 17"
