hey guys, I need a script that is windows based, that will open up a program on the computer and run a few very specific operations, such as switch to tab, right click, click "ok", etc etc

and restart it every 5 minutes or so , so it does the exact same thing over and over again, automatically

Check download.com for macros. You can set it up to do whatever you want.

yeah, there's plenty of programs that do that already made and free. They became quite popular when the "get paid to surf" programs came out. You can have computer do all kinds of shit on it's own.
