i need a merchant acct. for an adult related product, not a paysite but a tangable good. Any suggestions as to who is good and trustworthy?

Do they really think people are stupid enough to apply for a merchant account with no telephone number, no address, and no terms on the signup form, but I hand over my federal id, check acct number, etc.
