a program that will login into an email account (username and password), and on the page, scan the entire page and post the TXT of the page on a text file

see the page is going to be constantly updated, so I need this program to constantly be checking the page and putting the TXT on a text file

why dont you just set the email to forward to a script where it's parsed when emailed then do whatever there and post to a .html file
