When you have a website you need to list CONTACT INFORMATION. If someone is interested in doing business with you but has a question, they need an ICQ number or email address. Fucking idiots.

Someone just lost business today because they are unable to answer a single question because I can't fucking contact them before signing up.

That'd be a pretty weak excuse.

Besides, there are scripts that protect your email addy on your site from harvesting bots, spam filters, and good old common sense in configuring your email client.

I hate having to hunt around for contact info too, as you can probably tell.

From RocHard's post, it seems that he was getting ready to sign up for some program.

You shouldn't have to dig up whois info before being able to contact a program owner. Really not a way to entice anyone into doing business with you.

Send an email to webmaster @ .........., that's your best bet.

That works 90% of the time but he really shouldn't have to do that in the first place.

yup every tour page of my sites have a link to Silent Bucks and Silent Bucks lists both my ICQ and email.. I agree anyone that doesn't list this info is shooting themselves in the foot

Even worse is when they do have contact info.. and they don't reply to you for 3+ months. Hell, if I don't get a reply in a week I move on. 3 months and 90% of the time I'm not interested anymore.

Nobody wants to do biz with me because some Rochard guy was spreading some vicious rumors. :(
