I agree. Every time I hear this I remember a friend's father that had a big stack of Playboys he thought he had hidden in the garage that every kid in the neighborhood looked at.

The conviction has to be "beyond reasonable doubt", and there will always be a small percentage of doubt, look at Blake, I believe he killed his wife or was part of the conspiracy but he walked and so will Jacko.

The parents never gave it to us, showed us where it was or anything of that nature. BUT we sure had our hands all over it anytime we had the chance.

Some stations who have it out against Jackson are leaving the bit of info out that authorities gave the kid the porn mag to look at during the grand jury hearings BEFORE it was fingerprinted. A huge blunder that throws this evidence out the window.
