Welcome to Monday. Hope everyone's Easter weekend was a fun one. :) It's cold and yucky outside today, but the buttercups are in full bloom and the dogwoods are blooming, and spring is here. :)

Got breakfast of a strawberry banana smoothie made with pineapple sherbet for a more tropical zing and cranberry peach juice instead of milk to give some extra flavor. Yummy!!

Recipe for one pint glass full:
1 medium banana
5 large, ripe strawberries
1 large scoop or two small scoops of fat free pineapple sherbet
Enough juice to make blending easy

YUM! Lots of vitamins in that one and it tastes like springtime. I'm glad the winter's over, not because of lack of snow, (although that does suck fat ones), but because the dreary cold days are slowly coming to an end. Now if only I could get the allergies to end. Ugh.
